  • 2 containers Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • ½ cup sugar (for cinnamon coating)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • Caramel sauce (for drizzling)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine diced apples, water, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Cook until thickened (5-7 minutes).
  3. Unroll crescent rolls; place a spoonful of the cooled apple filling in each triangle and roll them up.
  4. Roll each bomb in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon until coated.
