  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil water in a large pot; add pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
