Cajun Steak Tips in Cheesy Rigatoni Parmesan Sauce is a mouthwatering dish that combines tender steak tips seasoned with bold Cajun spices and creamy, cheesy rigatoni.   • 1 lb steak tips (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 10 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Cajun seasoning to taste
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning. Sear in a skillet with olive oil and butter until browned. Remove from skillet.
  2. Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic in remaining butter until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted; adjust seasoning.
  5. Toss cooked rigatoni into the sauce along with reserved pasta water as needed, then fold in seared steak tips.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese and pepper.
