  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente (9-10 minutes). Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
  2. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear the steak tips in a skillet with olive oil and butter until browned (3-4 minutes per side). Transfer to a plate.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic in butter for 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, whole milk, and cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses along with Cajun seasoning; stir until melted.
  7. Toss cooked linguine into the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
  8. Serve topped with seared steak tips and garnish with fresh parsley.
