  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 6 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  2. Season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
