Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 10 oz bowtie pasta
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Season chicken with spices. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add remaining butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in cheeses until melted and smooth; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  5. Combine cooked pasta and chicken in the sauce, tossing gently to coat. Simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve hot with fresh parsley garnish.
