  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a non-stick donut pan.
  2. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar, flour, and cinnamon; cut in cold butter until crumbly. Chill the topping.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix egg, sour cream, melted butter, and brown sugar.
