  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 12 oz sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with butter.
  2. Season steak with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Season shrimp with remaining Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak for 3–4 minutes on each side until medium doneness. Let rest before slicing.
  4. In the same skillet, cook shrimp for about 2–3 minutes until opaque. Remove from skillet.
  5. Lower the heat and melt butter; sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and cheeses until smooth.
  6. Combine sauce with fettuccine; add parsley and mix well.
  7. Serve topped with sliced steak and shrimp, garnished with additional parsley.
