  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • Olive oil for sautéing

  4. Pour in chicken broth; bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and mix in sour cream and heavy cream until combined.
  5. Stir in spinach until wilted (about 2-3 minutes).
