  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Thaw the peas and cook the turkey bacon until crispy; chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, peas, turkey bacon, and parmesan cheese. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently.
