  • 1 cup warm water or warm milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 7 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • For the glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons cream cheese, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Add warm water or milk, honey, and butter; knead until smooth.
