  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • Zest of one lime
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup cotija cheese
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions
