  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine beef cubes, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, red pepper flakes (optional), and sesame oil. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to medium heat. Thread marinated beef onto skewers.
