  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
