  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 pound mozzarella cheese (cubed)
  • 4 oz turkey pepperoni (cut in half)
  • 1 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 can black olives (6 oz, drained)
  • 8 oz Italian dressing
  • 6 oz shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil the rotini in a large pot of salted water until al dente; drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta with tomatoes, mozzarella, turkey pepperoni, bell pepper, and olives.
  3. Pour in the Italian dressing and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; mix well to coat evenly.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
