  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken: Combine the chicken with soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes in a bowl. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
