  • 5 green onions (chopped)
  • ½ cup crumbled cotija cheese

  • 1 jalapeno (diced)
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
