  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine apples with sugars, cinnamon, flour, and lemon juice.
  3. Roll out the pie crusts and cut small circles using a cookie cutter or glass.
  4. Spoon apple filling onto half of the crust circles, cover with another circle, and seal edges with a fork.
  5. Cut small slits on top of each pie and brush with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving warm.
