  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored vegan gelatin or plant-based gelling agent
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 packages (3.9 oz each) INSTANT chocolate pudding, unprepared
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup reserved crushed Oreos

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing Oreo cookies and mixing them with melted butter. Press into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Create the chocolate layer by melting heavy cream, corn syrup, and semi-sweet chocolate together. Stir in dissolved vegan gelatin and powdered sugar.
  3. For the cream cheese layer, whip heavy cream and fold into a mixture of cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk.
  4. Assemble layers: spread half of the chocolate layer over the crust, followed by half of the cream cheese layer. Repeat with remaining mixtures.
  5. Whisk instant pudding mix with milk until thickened; spread this pudding layer on top.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
