  • 6 tablespoons of Vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 3 tablespoons of dairy-free milk (for brushing)
  • 2 tablespoons of caster sugar
  • 1 packet of dairy-free white chocolate buttons

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut into rectangles (about 4×6 inches).
  3. Place a tablespoon of Vegan Nutella on each rectangle and top with banana slices.
  4. Fold over one side of the pastry to cover the filling and press edges with a fork to seal.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
