  • 34 pounds baby back ribs (membrane removed)
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the baby back ribs.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, chili powder, seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to create the dry rub.
  4. Rub the dry mixture generously over the ribs and wrap them tightly in aluminum foil.
  5. Place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and bake for 2-3 hours until tender.
  6. Brush BBQ sauce over the cooked ribs and broil on high for 3-4 minutes for a crispy finish.
