  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream (room temperature)
  • 1½ cups fresh peaches (peeled & sliced)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter (cut into small pieces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until moistened; press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
  3. For the cheesecake filling, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until combined. Pour over the crust.
  4. For the peach topping, toss sliced peaches with flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; sprinkle over cheesecake layer and dot with cold butter pieces.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set; cool completely before cutting into bars.
