  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups sugar

  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat while stirring continuously for about 25-30 minutes until thickened.
  4. Ladle the hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace at the top.
  5. If canning, process in a water bath for 10 minutes.
