  • 1/2 cup liquid glucose/light corn syrup

  5. Cook until reaching hard crack stage (150ºC/310ºF).
  6. Dip each apple into the caramel mixture, swirling to coat thoroughly.
  7. Place on the prepared baking sheet and let cool completely.
