  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar until smooth.
  2. Lay out a double layer of cling wrap on your counter. Sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar onto the cling wrap.
  3. Place the cheese mixture over the cheddar and cover completely with remaining shredded cheddar.
  4. Wrap tightly in cling wrap to form a ball shape and secure with rubber bands for a pumpkin shape.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  6. Decorate with a bell pepper stem before serving.
