  • 15 oz pumpkin puree
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • pinch of all-spice
  • pinch of ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing flour, salt, and sugar; cut in cold butter. Add cold water gradually until dough forms; roll it out for your pie dish.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  3. For the filling, blend pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and spices until smooth.
  4. Pour filling into the prepared crust and bake for 15 minutes at 425°F; reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 35-50 minutes until set.
