  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets, finely chopped
  • 23 tbsp feta cheese, cubed
  • 1 tbsp black olives
  • Fresh parsley
  • Chili flakes (optional)
  • Black sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs: Bring water to a boil in a pot, gently add eggs, cook for 7 minutes for jammy yolks, then cool under cold water before peeling.
  2. Prepare the vegetables: Slice kiwi and tomato; finely chop cauliflower.
  3. Assemble the plate: Arrange sliced kiwi and tomato on a serving plate with chopped cauliflower. Scatter parsley leaves on top and add feta cubes and olives.
  4. Season & garnish: Optionally sprinkle chili flakes over the eggs and garnish with black sesame seeds. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
