  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • Lime wedges, for serving
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Toss gently to ensure all shrimp are well-coated.
  2. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
