  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 385°F (195°C).

  4. Soak the carved potatoes in a mixture of cold water and lemon juice for about 10 minutes.
