  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 2.25 ounces canned sliced black olives
  • 16 ounces dried spaghetti
  • 16 ounces marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
  3. Roll the mixture into 2-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet with space in between.
  4. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cut provolone cheese into circles using a cookie cutter.
  6. Place one cheese circle on each meatball and add an olive slice on top for eyes.
  7. Return to the oven for 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts slightly.
  8. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; heat marinara sauce in a separate pot.
  9. Toss cooked spaghetti in marinara sauce and serve topped with meatballs.
