  • 4 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3.5 oz. strawberry pudding mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz. whipped topping
  • Additional sliced strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare strawberries by rinsing and slicing about 2 cups; set aside.
  2. Create strawberry sauce by mixing sliced strawberries with sugar and lemon juice; mash gently and let sit.
  3. In a bowl, beat mascarpone and cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, pudding mix, and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  5. Assemble by dipping Savoiardi cookies in strawberry sauce and layering them in a baking dish with cream mixture and sliced strawberries.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
