Ingredients

  • 34 ripe peaches, sliced or cubed
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lime or lemon
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits under running water.
  2. Slice peaches, halve grapes and strawberries, and slice kiwi if using.
  3. In a large bowl, gently toss together peaches, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and kiwi.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together lime/lemon juice with honey/maple syrup (if desired) and chopped mint.
  5. Pour dressing over fruit mixture; toss gently to coat evenly.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with extra mint leaves before serving.
