  • Frozen peaches (40 ounces)
  • Granulated sugar (1 ½ cups)
  • Brown sugar (½ cup)
  • Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
  • All-purpose flour (2 cups)
  • Unsalted butter (1 ½ sticks)
  • Baking powder (2 teaspoons)
  • Cinnamon (1 tablespoon + ½ teaspoon for garnish)

Instructions

  2. In a sprayed 9×13 baking dish, combine frozen peaches, both sugars, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, corn starch, cream of tartar, butter, water, and lemon juice. Mix well and cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes.
