  • 1 can Kidney beans (15 oz., drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can Garbanzo beans (15 oz., drained and rinsed)
  • 2 cans Green beans (15 oz. each, drained and rinsed)
  • 1/4 cup Red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/3 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, ginger powder, garlic powder, granulated sugar, and parsley. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Add the kidney beans, garbanzo beans, green beans, and red onion to the dressing mixture. Gently toss to coat all the ingredients evenly.
